The 2026 Panini Senior Bowl held its final practice sessions on Thursday. Both the National Team and American Team had several standout performers. An exciting and competitive week in the 2026 NFL pre-draft process will conclude Saturday with the Senior Bowl all-star contest.
TCU safety Bud Clark, Michigan EDGE Derrick Moore, Florida State defensive tackle Darrell Jackson Jr., and Georgia State wide receiver Ted Hurst were among the prospects who improved their pre-draft stock. Saturday's all-star game provides one final opportunity to leave an impression on scouts in Mobile. We've identified five players who should take advantage.
Charles Demmings, CB, Stephen F. Austin
Stephen F. Austin cornerback Charles Demmings took on a leadership role throughout the week of practice. He was also a consistent performer. Demmings showcased lockdown coverage ability during one-on-ones and also returned a fumble for a touchdown during a team period scrimmage.

Demmings registered 35 career pass breakups and four interceptions for the Lumberjacks. He possesses pro-ready size at 6-foot-1 and 191 pounds. Demmings has been the ultimate competitor in Mobile.
Mike Washington Jr., RB, Arkansas
It can be tough for running backs to make an impression at practice. The Senior Bowl game itself offers a much better opportunity due to its run-heavy nature. Arkansas ball-carrier Mike Washington Jr. has MVP potential.

Washington Jr. possesses the ideal blend of size, speed, vision, and instincts as a prospect. The Arkansas standout runs with contact balance and vision. He could produce a major stat line on Saturday if afforded carries.
Gracen Halton, DT, Oklahoma
There's no guarantee that defensive tackles like Caleb Banks opt to participate in the game. Drop-outs at the position could lead to more snaps for someone like Oklahoma's Gracen Halton. Halton had a sneaky-good week in Mobile.

Halton has some size deficiencies, but he's an outlier worth betting on. The San Diego, California native participates with an infectious amount of energy. Halton wins through quickness and athleticism.
Tyren Montgomery, WR, John Carroll
One of the biggest surprises was John Carroll wide receiver Tyren Montgomery. The D-III playmaker received a late invite to Mobile. Montgomery maximized the opportunity by consistently beating big-school cornerbacks in coverage.

Another very strong day for the Division III standout. He had an outstanding catch during the one-on-one period. Certainly has helped himself here in Mobile. πππ pic.twitter.com/6oGijyE3jx
Colton Hood, Thaddeus Dixon, and Chris Johnson were some of the victims of Montgomery's route-running prowess. The American Bowl participant should continue increasing his pre-draft stock by opting to play on Saturday. Montgomery has firmly entered the top 100 conversation.
Kyle Louis, LB, Pittsburgh
Linebackers also possess a bigger in-game opportunity than practice provides due to the contact rules. Pittsburgh's Kyle Louis still made an impression during scrimmages. Louis was flying around highlighting his sideline-to-sideline range.

Louis possesses the athleticism needed to cover tight ends and running backs. NFL defensive coordinators may view him as a third-down specialist and special-teams player because of his undersized frame. Louis should make some eye-popping plays.
