Tulane and Ole Miss will square off in the College Football Playoff on Saturday afternoon. The No. 6 seed versus the No. 11 seed has a multi-score spread in the Rebels’ favor. There are also 2026 NFL Draft implications with several intriguing prospects participating.
We've identified and analyzed the eight most notable draft-eligible prospects in Saturday's Ole Miss-Tulane CFP showdown.
Zxavian Harris, DT, Ole Miss
Zxavian Harris is a big-bodied interior defensive lineman who stops the run and pushes the pocket. NFL scouts wanted to see more pass-rushing potential from the fourth-year defender this year, and Harris responded by registering a career-high three sacks. Tulane will have difficulties protecting up the middle.
Suntarine Perkins, LB, Ole Miss
Suntarine Perkins registered 10.5 sacks last season, but he's incredibly undersized to play EDGE at the next level. Wherever he aligns, the Raleigh, Mississippi native is an explosive playmaker around the line of scrimmage. Perkins has committed to return to Ole Miss in 2026, but he's a prospect worth monitoring nonetheless.
Shadre Hurst, IOL, Tulane
Shadre Hurst is probably Tulane's top draft-eligible prospect. He was stout at left guard all season, not allowing a sack in 2025. Hurst also briefly filled in at left tackle, and NFL scouts love his versatility. He's earning top-150 grades.
Dae’Quan Wright, TE, Ole Miss
Ole Miss tight end Dae'Quan Wright has enjoyed a career-best campaign. The former Virginia Tech transfer has registered 30 receptions for 489 yards and four touchdowns. Wright knows how to find the end zone, totaling eight TDs dating back to last season. He's explosive, averaging a personal-high 16.3 yards per catch.
Jake Retzlaff, QB, Tulane
Tulane quarterback Jake Retzlaff is an absolute gamer. He transferred from BYU this past season and led the Green Wave to their first-ever CFP appearance. Retzlaff threw for 14 touchdowns, but rushed for 16 more (along with 610 yards) as a dual-threat playmaker. Scouts are assigning him a developmental grade, and he'll participate in an NFL training camp.
Trinidad Chambliss, QB, Ole Miss
Trinidad Chambliss has played mistake-free football for the Rebels throughout 2025. The in-progress prospect has thrown for 18 touchdowns versus just three interceptions, and he's added six rushing scores to his offensive totals. Chambliss has good arm strength, but he's undersized by NFL standards, and post-snap recognition has been a problem.
Harrison Wallace III, WR, Ole Miss
Harrison Wallace III has been Chambliss' go-to target this season. The big-bodied boundary senior wideout has produced 46 receptions for 719 yards and three touchdowns this year. Wallace is athletic for his stature, but it's his ability to win 50-50 balls on the outside that has scouts attaching a day-three grade to his name.
Mo Westmoreland, EDGE, Tulane
Mo Westmoreland strung together some productive seasons at UTEP, accumulating 7.5 sacks apiece in 2023 and 2024. He's been less productive at Tulane, settling for 2.5 sacks during the regular season. Westmoreland might be a priority undrafted free agent, but he's well-known in scouting circles.
