Strengths:

Positional Versatility: Carmona has the length and overall mass to play multiple positions along the offensive line. He meets the ideal measurables for both offensive tackle and interior offensive line roles and projects as a versatile NFL lineman capable of filling multiple spots.

High Motor/Effort: Carmona plays with a consistently high motor and shows a strong willingness to finish through the whistle. In the run game, he will work 10-plus yards downfield to engage defenders and is constantly looking for additional work once his initial assignment is complete.

Physical Temperament: Carmona brings a violent, physical demeanor in both the run game and pass protection. At the snap, he comes off the ball aggressively, creating forceful collisions that can knock defenders off balance. When he lands proper hand placement, he keeps his feet driving and works to finish blocks, often putting defenders on the ground while playing through the whistle.

Concerns:

Balance Body Control: Carmona struggles in change-of-direction situations that require him to quickly redirect his body weight. In these moments, he labors to adjust efficiently, and his footwork can cause him to lose balance. This prevents him from maintaining a controlled posture and leads to missed or ineffective blocks.

Hand Usage/Placement: Carmona needs refinement in his hand usage and placement. Too often, he strikes with wide hands when engaging defenders, which compromises his control and increases the risk of holding penalties.
