After months of competition, the Super Bowl LIX matchup is finally set! Only two teams still have their preseason goal of being Super Bowl champs ahead of them. For everyone else, it’s about trying to get better in the offseason. And if this season has shown football fans anything, it’s that the NFL draft is the quickest way to make an impact and improve your team. Check out my latest 2025 NFL mock draft for all 32 teams and who I have them selecting to fill key needs.

2025 NFL Mock Draft

1. Tennessee Titans

Cam Ward, QB, Miami

With the first overall pick, the Tennessee Titans select quarterback Cam Ward from Miami. In most cases, the team picking first overall is years away from being competitive, but that’s not the case with the Titans. The Titans already have some key pieces in place, and if head coach Brian Callahan can get quarterback play even remotely close to what he orchestrated as offensive coordinator in Cincinnati with Joe Burrow, the Titans could make serious noise within their division.

Last year, Callahan did an excellent job tailoring the offense to Will Levis' strengths, and I expect him to do the same for Cam Ward—with much better results. It's been years, since the days of Steve McNair, since the Titans have had a quarterback as skilled at throwing the football as Ward.

2. Cleveland Browns

Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State

The Cleveland Browns continue to face challenges, even in the offseason, with the news of Deshaun Watson's Achilles setback, leaving them in desperate need of a quarterback. However, instead of addressing the quarterback position with this pick, they turn their attention to the defensive line, adding a culture-driven player who loves the game of football.

Abdul Carter is a versatile defender capable of lining up anywhere along the front seven and making an impact. Pairing him with Myles Garrett would give the Browns one of the best one-two punches in the NFL and provide foundational building blocks to help the team move forward.

3. New York Giants

Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

After everything we saw last year on Hard Knocks, I think it’s safe to say the Giants are drafting a quarterback. There have already been rumblings about a potential pairing of Shedeur Sanders and the New York Giants, and I believe it will happen.

The Giants need a quarterback who isn’t afraid of the bright lights. This franchise has shown in the past that they don’t necessarily need an elite quarterback to win Super Bowls—they need a player who can embrace big moments and lead the team. Sanders possesses both of those qualities. I believe the front office sees a lot of parallels between Eli Manning and Sanders, and the Giants may be attempting to recreate that magic.

4. New England Patriots

Will Campbell, OL, LSU

This pairing is straightforward: Will Campbell is a Mike Vrabel type of football player. With Vrabel now leading the charge in New England, you have to believe there will be a renewed emphasis on running the football and maintaining balance to help develop young quarterback Drake Maye. After all, Vrabel was in New England during the early days of Tom Brady, when that exact recipe for success was used.

The Patriots need a tackle, and this pick addresses a primary position of need. Campbell is a tough, road-grading offensive tackle who can help establish the physical identity Vrabel will want to instill. His presence should immediately contribute to changing the culture in New England.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars

Kelvin Banks Jr., OL, Texas

The Jacksonville Jaguars have a new head coach in place and a new general manager on the way. One thing that will remain constant is Trevor Lawrence, who is set to be in Jacksonville for the foreseeable future after signing a deal last offseason.

With that in mind, I believe the new regime understands the importance of building around Lawrence, and in this case, that means improving the offensive line. With this pick, the Jaguars select offensive tackle Kelvin Banks Jr., an athletic player with the potential to become an elite blindside protector in pass protection.

6. Las Vegas Raiders

Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

In my opinion, the Las Vegas Raiders have already won the offseason. It’s simple: if you want to become a winner, hire a proven winner, and that’s exactly what the Raiders did. Pete Carroll now has the keys to the Las Vegas Raiders, giving him the opportunity to build from scratch with ample cap space and the No. 1 overall pick.

With this pick, I see Carroll drafting Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe. Milroe possesses elite physical traits and has experience performing on the big stage. Carroll is an underrated quarterback developer, having worked with Russell Wilson and getting the best out of Geno Smith.

7. New York Jets

Mason Graham, IDL, Michigan

The New York Jets have plenty of options to improve their roster with this pick, and any of them would be solid choices after a disappointing season. I see the Jets selecting the best player available and a potential game-changer in the trenches: interior defensive lineman Mason Graham. Graham has the potential to dominate in the trenches, impacting both the run game and putting pressure on the quarterback. He should be an instant difference-maker for the Jets' defense.

8. Carolina Panthers

Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado

All indications are that Travis Hunter wants to play both positions in the NFL, and there isn’t another team that could use a playmaker in both the receiver room and at cornerback more than the Carolina Panthers. Hunter would provide high-end playmaking ability, teaming up with Xavier Legette at receiver, while also having the ability to force turnovers as a cornerback. Carolina could be the place where Hunter has the greatest impact on both sides of the football.

9. New Orleans Saints

Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

The New Orleans Saints have several holes they can fill offensively, but I believe they will draft Michigan cornerback Will Johnson. Johnson is a true lockdown corner who would immediately fill the shoes of Marshon Lattimore, whom they traded away this past season.

10. Chicago Bears

Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

The Chicago Bears focused last offseason on improving the skill positions around their rookie quarterback, Caleb Williams. However, the old saying "everything starts in the trenches" proved true, and the Bears now need to draft offensive line help for Williams.

Josh Simmons is coming off an ACL injury, and if it weren’t for that, he likely wouldn’t be available at this pick. A fully healthy Simmons is potentially the best offensive tackle in the draft, and the Bears could be getting a steal at this pick as their future left tackle.

11. San Francisco 49ers

Donovan Jackson, IOL, Ohio State

The San Francisco 49ers' recipe for winning starts in the trenches, with their offensive line executing blocking assignments effectively. That being said, there are areas that need improvement, and a player like Donovan Jackson would immediately make a positive impact.

Jackson has proven this year that he is a versatile player who can play anywhere along the offensive line. This is beneficial because it allows the 49ers' staff to slot Jackson where they need him and move other pieces around to ensure the five best players are on the field.

12. Dallas Cowboys

Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

The Dallas Cowboys decided to hire from within and promote their offensive coordinator, Brian Schottenheimer, to head coach. Nobody in the building knows the offensive personnel and their deficiencies as well as he does. I believe Schottenheimer will work with Jerry Jones to make the offense more efficient and add another receiver to the mix with Tetairoa McMillan.

McMillan is a big-bodied receiver who thrives in contested catch situations and could become a dominant red-zone target. This would be a great asset for Dak Prescott, taking some of the attention off of CeeDee Lamb.

13. Miami Dolphins

Kenneth Grant, IDL, Michigan

The Miami Dolphins need to improve their trenches on both the offensive and defensive sides of the football. With this pick, they decide to go defense and draft interior defensive lineman Kenneth Grant from Michigan. Grant has dominated reps in the run game and possesses enough quickness at his size to make an impact as a pass rusher as well. This addition should help the Dolphins immediately improve their run defense.

14. Indianapolis Colts

Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

The Indianapolis Colts have drafted well at every skill position, except tight end. With this pick, they take a swing at addressing that need by selecting tight end Colston Loveland from Michigan. I believe that Loveland is one of the blue-chip prospects in this draft, and getting one of the best players at pick 14 is a win. Loveland, combined with the skill-position group already in place, creates a fantastic situation for young quarterback Anthony Richardson to take the next steps forward.

15. Atlanta Falcons

Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE, Georgia

This is the definition of addressing two positions with one pick. The Atlanta Falcons need help at both linebacker and edge rusher, and Walker excels at both. Walker has a clear path to play stack linebacker on early downs, and then move to the line of scrimmage on obvious passing downs to become one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

16. Arizona Cardinals

James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee

The Arizona Cardinals are in a division that is always competitive, with every team capable of putting up points each week. To combat this and give themselves a chance to slow down these offenses, the Cardinals need an edge rusher.

James Pearce Jr. is a player with the upside to reach double digits in sacks, thanks to his explosive first step. As Gannon continues to build this defense to his vision, Pearce Jr. could become a very important piece to help along the way.

17. Cincinnati Bengals

Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

Joe Burrow had one of the best statistical seasons ever for a quarterback and was on the outside looking in for the playoffs. Many people may think the Cincinnati Bengals should draft a defensive player to improve their defense, but I believe drafting Ashton Jeanty is the right move here.

Jeanty could help provide some balance to the Bengals' offense, slowing the game down and allowing the Bengals to control the clock by holding on to the football. This would also reduce the number of reps the defense faces. So, drafting Jeanty could actually address two issues.

18. Seattle Seahawks

Tyler Booker, IOL, Alabama

The Seattle Seahawks need to drastically improve their run game. Over the past couple of years, they’ve spent a significant amount of draft capital on running backs, and it’s time to see a return on that investment. With this pick, the Seahawks draft interior offensive lineman Tyler Booker, a physical player who can flat-out move people in the run game—exactly what the Seahawks need.

19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were decimated by injuries this year but still managed to make it into the playoffs. It was clear in that game that the Buccaneers need a true edge rusher who can aim for double-digit sacks and disrupt offenses. Mykel Williams has that upside. Williams possesses all the physical tools desired in a premier edge rusher, and with the proper development, he could become the game-changer from the edge position that the Buccaneers need.

20. Denver Broncos

Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

The Denver Broncos may be the surprise team of the NFL this year, not only playing good football with a rookie quarterback but also making it to the playoffs. Sean Payton, over the years, has shown how much he values running backs in his tenure in New Orleans, drafting Reggie Bush with the No. 2 overall pick and running his offense through Alvin Kamara. Omarion Hampton is an overlooked player, but I think Payton will see that he has elite upside and draft him and have a dynamic running back for years to come.

21. Pittsburgh Steelers

Will Howard, QB, Ohio State

Just over 20 years ago, the Pittsburgh Steelers took a chance on a big, strong-armed quarterback who was gritty and embodied the Steelers' culture. In this draft, they take a similar approach. Will Howard shares some comparable traits to Ben Roethlisberger, but the one thing that will make the Steelers buy in is the intangibles. A proven winner who has played a lot of football and is from the state of Pennsylvania, this could be the Steelers' next face of the franchise.

22. Los Angeles Chargers

Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

With Jim Harbaugh, it was no surprise that the Los Angeles Chargers were near the top in rushing, but it will be important that Herbert, when necessary, can take over and throw the football. Another common theme for Harbaugh's teams is the presence of good tight ends, going all the way back to his days at Stanford.

So, with this pick, the Chargers draft a playmaker at the tight end position and select Tyler Warren, a versatile movement piece who can be a key option for Herbert. He’ll provide a big target in the middle of the field when coming off play-action.

23. Green Bay Packers

Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

The Green Bay Packers have reached a point where they are playoff contenders, but the true question is whether they are NFC Championship contenders. To take the next step forward as a team, they need to find ways to improve. One way they can do that is by drafting Benjamin Morrison and adding another piece to their secondary. Morrison has the ability to play man-to-man coverage and can line up outside or in the nickel.

24. Minnesota Vikings

Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

The Minnesota Vikings undoubtedly surpassed expectations entering the season and were one of the best teams in the NFL. However, all of that quickly came crashing down in the playoff game against the Rams. The Rams highlighted that the Vikings need help along the offensive line.

With this pick, the Vikings draft offensive lineman Josh Conerly Jr., who can fill in for Christian Darrisaw if he doesn’t start the season completely healthy. Alternatively, he has the ability to kick inside and provide valuable reps where needed.

25. Houston Texans

Tate Ratledge, IOL, Georgia

The Houston Texans' offense took a step back this year, which could have been attributed to injuries. However, I also believe they need to improve in the trenches. With this selection, the Texans draft interior offensive lineman Tate Ratledge, a tough, gritty player who brings the right type of physical temperament to their offensive line unit.

26. Los Angeles Rams

Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia

The Los Angeles Rams' draft picks are paying huge dividends and performing well early, with two candidates in the trenches—Jared Verse and Braden Fiske—in the running for Defensive Rookie of the Year. The Rams look to strike magic again, but this time in the secondary, by drafting do-it-all safety Malaki Starks.

Starks is a playmaker on the back end and could take advantage of the pressure caused by Verse and Fiske, turning that pressure into turnovers when quarterbacks try to force the ball downfield.

27. Baltimore Ravens

Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

The Baltimore Ravens finished the season with yet another disappointing loss. While Lamar Jackson definitely needs to play well, I believe the Ravens' passing attack can’t just rely on Zay Flowers.

With this pick, the Ravens draft Matthew Golden, another quick-twitch, explosive receiver who can play on the outside and win. This gives Jackson a true WR1 on the outside with the ability to be a game-changer.

28. Detroit Lions

Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State

The Detroit Lions were another team that had a disappointing, premature ending to their season. Last offseason, the Lions addressed their secondary by spending two top-100 picks on corners. This year, I think they’ll be aggressive again, but this time, they’ll focus on the trenches and draft edge rusher Jack Sawyer. Sawyer had a great run through the College Football Playoff and has the mental makeup that the Lions want to continue building their culture around. Sawyer could serve as a strong complementary piece to Aidan Hutchinson when he returns healthy.

29. Washington Commanders

Kyle Kennard, EDGE, South Carolina

The Washington Commanders have had a storybook run to this point in the season. But the fact remains that they need to improve this roster. Look for the Commanders to draft an edge rusher to replace the departure of Montez Sweat a year ago and help boost this defense's pass-rush ability.

30. Buffalo Bills

Walter Nolen, IDL, Ole Miss

The Buffalo Bills have been criticized all year long for their run defense. With this pick, I believe they work to get better in the trenches and draft IDL Walter Nolen. Nolen has experience playing in multiple different schemes and possesses the natural power to hold up in the run game. He also has high-level flashes as a pass rusher.

31. Philadelphia Eagles

Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

The Philadelphia Eagles' recent draft selections have paid off this season. The one position I believe the Eagles can still work to improve is the edge rusher position. With this pick, the Eagles go with edge rusher Nic Scourton. Scourton is listed at 275-plus pounds and has alignment versatility. Pairing him up with Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter could form a difficult trio for any offensive line to block.

32. Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs' offense is piecing things together game by game. Moving forward, I believe their offense will focus on having unique pieces that play pivotal roles, and I think Savion Williams can be exactly that. Listed at 6'4" and 220 pounds, Williams has rare quickness for his size. If projected through the lens of a Deebo Samuel-style player, I think Williams could be a dangerous weapon in this offense.
