With the conclusion of Week 17 nearing in the 2024 NFL campaign, just one regular-season game remains on most schedules. With many postseason fates already decided, the majority of the 18 clubs who won't qualify for the playoffs have already shifted attention to the impending offseason. The 2025 NFL Draft represents the best chance for those teams to improve their roster and attempt to contend next season.
The pre-draft process, all-star circuit, and NFL Scouting Combine will drastically alter these projections. Until then, here is our latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft.
Please note that the draft order is set using the real-time order at the time of publishing (during Sunday Night Football). Click on each player's name to read their full scouting report.
2025 NFL Mock Draft
1. New England Patriots
Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado
The Patriots could be tempted to trade down, but I don't think they will receive many enticing offers considering how weak this QB class appears to be. Staying put and taking Travis Hunter is an excellent alternative. It's been nearly 30 years since a WR or CB went No. 1 overall, but Hunter is a special two-way talent. He should immediately help Drake Maye on offense.
2. Tennessee Titans
Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Brian Callahan's Titans moved up to No. 2 following another embarrassing loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Titans are in the market for a Will Levis replacement this offseason, and the veteran options leave plenty to be desired. Callahan officially takes his QB by selecting Shedeur Sanders. Sanders is a technically advanced QB capable of running the offense, and his ability to create off-script will give Tennessee something they didn't have in 2024.
3. Cleveland Browns
Cam Ward, QB, Miami
The Browns need an alternative option to starting Deshaun Watson next season. They also need that option to be affordable, given the state of Watson's bloated contract. Enter a rookie QB like Cam Ward. Ward is a breathtaking off-script playmaker, and Kevin Stefanski is the ideal coach to develop him mentally.
4. New York Giants
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Beating the Colts put the Giants in an extremely tough spot. Will they try to leapfrog the QB-needy Titans and Browns? If not, they won't be drafting a WR or EDGE in this spot. Will Johnson is among the best prospects in the draft, and he'd join an ascending secondary alongside Deonte Banks, Dru Phillips, and Tyler Nubin.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Mason Graham, IDL, Michigan
Ryan Nielsen's defense needs to get tougher up the middle. Josh Hines-Allen and an improved Travon Walker are building blocks on the edges, but adding a talent like Mason Graham would complete the transformation. Graham is a dominant 3-tech with double-digit sack potential.
6. Carolina Panthers
Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State
Upgrading the EDGE position will be high on Carolina's offseason wishlist. Abdul Carter is a rare athlete with incredible instincts.
7. New York Jets
Jalon Walker, LB/EDGE, Georgia
The Jets have invested premium resources into the EDGE position lately, but the jury remains out and this is a Best Player Available approach. Jalon Walker has flashed elite upside for the Bulldogs this season. Walker possesses the first-step explosiveness to threaten offensive tackles.
8. Las Vegas Raiders
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
Defeating the Saints makes it increasingly difficult for the Raiders to land their QB in this NFL mock draft. Instead, they find the long-term replacement for Davante Adams, pairing Tetairoa McMillan with Brock Bowers for whoever is playing QB next season.
9. Chicago Bears
Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon
Bears LT Braxton Jones Jr. just suffered a season-ending injury that will derail his offseason. Rookie Kiran Amegadjie didn't look like the solution when thrust into action this year. Protecting Caleb Williams remains the priority. Josh Conerly Jr. has been outstanding for the Ducks this season, elevating his stock to top-10 territory.
10. New Orleans Saints
Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas
Drafting Taliese Fuaga was a good start, but the Saints need more offensive linemen. Kelvin Banks Jr. is flexible enough to play multiple positions, guaranteeing he'd fill a hole for the Saints up front next season.
11. San Francisco 49ers
James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee
The 49ers have to be prepared for Nick Bosa to enter the latter years of his effectiveness. Leonard Floyd and Yetur Gross-Matos will also be entering contract years in 2025 and probably aren't in the 2026 plans. James Pearce Jr. is still developing as a run defender, but he possesses rare length and athleticism as a pass rusher.
12. Indianapolis Colts
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
The Colts shouldn't give up on Anthony Richardson yet. They should continue investing in his development. The offensive line is in a good place, so that could mean adding pass-catchers that do damage underneath the coverage. Colston Loveland is an elite prospect who was held back by Michigan's pathetic passing attack this season.
13. Dallas Cowboys
Walter Nolen, IDL, Ole Miss
The Cowboys' defense is incredibly soft up the middle. They entered Week 17 allowing nearly 140 rushing yards per contest. After missing on Mazi Smith, Walter Nolen would step into a starring role next to Micah Parsons. Nolen is strong and powerful with first-step quickness.
14. Arizona Cardinals
Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia
Mykel Williams hasn't quite met expectations this year, but he's still a highly intriguing moldable piece of clay. The Cardinals continue to struggle to find effective pass rushers on their roster. Pairing Williams with Jonathan Gannon's excellent defensive mind would give the Georgia defender a chance to reach his potential at the next level.

15. Miami Dolphins
Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia
Can the Dolphins afford to re-sign Jevon Holland this offseason? Malaki Starks would project as an intriguing like-for-like replacement. Starks is a versatile chess piece that moves around defensive formations as required.
16. Cincinnati Bengals
Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M
Nobody on the Bengals can consistently rush the passer outside of Trey Hendrickson. Too often this season, Hendrickson has been a one-man show. Shemar Stewart possesses rare movement skills at 290 pounds. The production isn't eye-popping, but his natural abilities mean the sky's the limit.
17. Atlanta Falcons
Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M
Falcons head coach Raheem Morris will expect to address a pass rush that ranked dead-last heading into Week 17. Nic Scourton would be plug-and-play in Morris' scheme. Scourton is extremely powerful with violent hands and front multiplicity.
18. Seattle Seahawks
Will Campbell, OT, LSU
The Seahawks arguably possess offseason needs at all three interior offensive line positions. That's where LSU's Will Campbell projects to play at the next level due to his arm length. If Campbell does end up at tackle, his more natural position, he could push Abe Lucas for the starting role.
19. Houston Texans
Wyatt Milum, OL, West Virginia
The Texans have serious issues across the interior of their offensive line. Franchise QB C.J. Stroud has been under constant duress this season. Wyatt Milum is playing LT for West Virginia, but projects to kick inside at the pro level.
20. Denver Broncos
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
The Broncos have an outstanding defense and offensive line. Continuing to invest in Bo Nix's development will be the approach this offseason. A young QB's best friend is an effective run game. Ashton Jeanty would step into Javonte Williams' shoes and provide a higher level of production.
21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
Chris Godwin is a pending free agent. He's likely slated to play elsewhere next season. Baker Mayfield is performing like a franchise QB and ensuring that weapons surround him is crucial to his play carrying over. Luther Burden III is a shifty slot receiver who projects as an excellent replacement for Godwin.
22. Los Angeles Chargers
Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina
Is there a better overall fit for a top running back in the 2025 NFL Draft? Jim Harbaugh and Greg Roman love running the football. Omarion Hampton would be a terrific replacement for J.K. Dobbins, who got injured in a contract year.
23. Los Angeles Rams
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
The Rams need more production from the TE position. Furthermore, Cooper Kupp isn't guaranteed to return next season, creating a need for a volume pass-catcher behind Puka Nacua. Tight end Tyler Warren is a QB-friendly target who thrives in traffic and also creates yards after the catch with open-field athleticism.
24. Washington Commanders
Landon Jackson, EDGE, Arkansas
Dan Quinn is a defense-first head coach who is maximizing the talent available to him at defensive end. Landon Jackson would raise the floor of this position group. Jackson is a well-developed run defender on early downs who also rushes the passer through toughness and effort on passing downs.
25. Pittsburgh Steelers
Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
Trey Amos has been a riser throughout the pre-draft process. He'll receive another opportunity to compete for first-round status at the Senior Bowl. The Steelers need a long-term running mate for Joey Porter Jr. They may find one in Amos, who totaled 47 tackles, 13 pass breakups, and three interceptions in 2024.
26. Baltimore Ravens
Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall
Marshall EDGE Mike Green declared for the draft after receiving good feedback from the NFL advisory board. Green was uber-productive in 2024, recording an unfathomable 17 sacks. The Ravens love proven production from the edge position.
27. Green Bay Packers
Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Jaire Alexander is a shell of his former self due to recurring injuries. The Packers are also unlikely to bring back Eric Stokes and Corey Ballentine at CB next season. Jahdae Barron is a versatile chess piece that would thrive in Jeff Hafley's system.
28. Philadelphia Eagles
Cameron Williams, OT, Texas
Tackles with Cameron Williams' size and measurements (6-5, 335) don't make it out of the first round. The Eagles must begin thinking about a succession plan for Lane Johnson. Williams has breathtaking range as a run blocker.
29. Buffalo Bills
Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
Rasul Douglas is a pending free agent and Kaiir Elam hasn't met expectations. Shavon Revel Jr. is still a first-round talent despite suffering a serious knee injury this season. The Bills are the type of annual contender that could be patient with his recovery.
30. Minnesota Vikings
Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa
Aaron Jones is on an expiring contract. Kaleb Johnson is a punishing runner with legitimate three-down potential. The Iowa standout is pushing Jeanty for RB1 bragging rights in this class.
31. Detroit Lions
Josaiah Stewart, EDGE, Michigan
Brad Holmes loves to keep Michigan talents in-state. Wolverines EDGE Josaiah Stewart possesses speed and elite explosiveness. Pairing him with a healthy Aidan Hutchinson next season would complete Dan Campbell's defensive line.
32. Kansas City Chiers
Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
The Chiefs have been playing guard Joe Thuney at left tackle in recent weeks. That's how grim the situation has gotten. Wanya Morris and Kingsley Suamataia have failed to capture starting roles. Josh Simmons suffered a season-ending injury this season, potentially dropping him down the board. Brett Veach would be thrilled to pounce on the Ohio State blocker, who has more upside than the other young tackles on the roster.
